Nickel Alloy 625 Strip (UNS N06625 / W.Nr. 2.4856) is a solid-solution-strengthened nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy supplied in precision strip, foil, and coil forms. The addition of molybdenum and niobium provides exceptional corrosion resistance and high strength without requiring age-hardening treatments .

Inconel 625 strip offers a unique combination of properties – outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking, combined with excellent high-temperature strength up to 980°C (1,800°F) . It maintains good ductility and fabricability even in thin gauge forms.
