ASTM F75 CoCrMo alloy is a non-magnetic cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy exhibiting high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and outstanding wear resistance. It is widely used for orthopedic and dental implants, as well as demanding gas turbine applications.

ASTM F75 CoCr alloy is specified when designers require a non-magnetic cobalt alloy with high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, outstanding wear resistance, and high stiffness for load-bearing medical implants or demanding gas turbine components.

Biocompatibility: ISO 5832-4 approved for surgical implants; long-term clinical success in orthopedic and dental applications
Wear Resistance: Excellent wear resistance — ideal for metal-to-metal hip joints and knee implants
Corrosion Resistance: Superior resistance to corrosion in physiological environments
