Reinforced with 12% chromium content, this specialized aircraft-grade alloy delivers exceptional comprehensive performance, integrating ultra-high mechanical strength, outstanding creep resistance, superior low-temperature toughness and reliable high-temperature oxidation resistance. It maintains stable structural performance at continuous working temperatures up to 800°F (426°C), making it irreplaceable for high-stress aerospace and industrial high-temperature components.

BS S151Soften: 670–720°C × 6h, air cool; Harden: 1050°C, air cool; Temper: 650°C, air coolS151D 
BS S159Soften: 680–700°C × 2h, air cool; Harden: 1050°C × 30 min, air cool; Temper: 560–590°C × 3h, air coolS159D 
AMS 5719Anneal: 691°C × 6h, air cool; Harden: 1052°C × 30 min, oil quench; 1st Temper: 560–590°C × 1h; 2nd Temper: 538–560°C × 3h— 

Softening/Annealing: Subcritical annealing at 700°C for 6 hours reduces hardness for cold forming processes.
