AMS5845L specification covers a high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloy (MP35N / UNS R30035) in the form of bar up to 1.75 inches (44.4 mm) in diameter. MP35N alloy is renowned for its exceptional resistance to stress corrosion cracking and crevice corrosion, qualities that make it an ideal choice for fastener material in demanding environments. Specifications & Available

MP35N is a fully austenitic, multiphase superalloy containing nickel, cobalt, chromium, and molybdenum. It is produced using VIM+VAR (Vacuum Induction Melting + Consumable Electrode Vacuum Remelting) double melting to ensure superior cleanliness and homogeneity. The AMS5845L condition is fully processed: solution heat treated, work strengthened (cold drawn), and aged — representing the highest strength state of the alloy.
