AMS 5397 (UNS N13100, IN‑100) is a vacuum-melted, vacuum-cast investment nickel superalloy for high-temperature service. ZYTC Alloy supplies AMS 5397 IN‑100 investment castings strictly following SAE AMS 5397 requirements, delivered in as-cast condition.

This precipitation-hardened nickel alloy is engineered for environments requiring outstanding high-temperature strength and creep rupture resistance. Its tailored chemical composition and stable microstructure deliver excellent anti-deformation and rupture performance under sustained extreme heat, making it the preferred material for critical aerospace and gas turbine hot-section components.
