Alloy Overview & Core Advantages

Inconel X750 (UNS N07750, W.Nr. 2.4669) is a classic precipitation-hardened nickel-chromium alloy strengthened by aluminum and titanium additions. It maintains outstanding mechanical strength at continuous operating temperatures up to 1300°F (704°C) and reliable oxidation resistance up to 1800°F (982°C). Its most prominent feature is excellent anti-relaxation performance, making it the ideal material for high-temperature springs that require stable elastic force under prolonged thermal cycling and load conditions.

In addition to superior high-temperature elasticity, X750 wire offers excellent general corrosion resistance, stress corrosion resistance and fatigue stability. It performs steadily across ultra-wide temperature ranges from cryogenic environments to high-temperature industrial working conditions, solving the common failure problems of ordinary spring materials such as elastic attenuation and thermal aging.
