UNS S31803 Performance Enhancement: Through precisely controlled heating processes, uniform submicron precipitates are formed within the metal matrix. This optimized microstructure greatly improves pitting resistance, stress corrosion resistance and overall mechanical stability in aggressive working conditions.
UNS S32205 (WNR 1.4462) Performance Enhancement: By adding aluminum and titanium alloying elements and adopting strict controlled heat treatment procedures, 2205 duplex fasteners obtain higher hardness and structural strength. WNR 1.4462 fasteners stably maintain excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties even at continuous high temperatures up to 650°C.
